What a magical spot! The tent was more than I’d expected! The circular king size bed was VERY comfortable, the day bed was cozy. The space was spotless, the linens clean and crisp. The overall interior space was much larger and taller than I’d thought it would be and beautifully decorated with love.
Private outdoor space with a fire pit was perfect. Ventured off and found the creek a few steps away, saw and heard some wildlife.

Really enjoyed our stay! Was so beautiful with the fall colours and loved exploring the peaceful property. Woke up to some moose’s grunting close by and lots of partridge on our walk through the orchard. Would love to come back!

Madeline has a beautiful property. It was very peaceful and relaxing. She was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure my stay was enjoyable. This is a beautiful hidden gem in the woods, perfect for a weekend away to unplug and enjoy nature!

What a beautiful spot! Like everyone has said; straight out of a fairy tail. You can park your car right in front of the trail. We had a bonfire and enjoyed walking the cute lil trail to the yurt. The hot tub was in maintenance, but we will definitely be back to use it sometime. The couple who stayed at same time as us were very sweet, nice to socialize with new travellers! We used the BBQ as well which worked great! Got greeted by a skunk at one point while at the bonfire, it’s nice to camp with wildlife:)! So pure! Thank you again for the stay it was magical!

Great recommended by people who want to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature. At the same time, the City of Fredericton is a 20-minute drive away. Lots of nature things to do.

It was a great space to get away and spend time with a big group of friends. Madeline was helpful and communicative throughout and really helped to make it a positive experience.

This place was truly magical and I felt so blessed to be able to experience it! The staff were exceptional human beings and greeted me when I first arrived to show me around. They made me feel like I was home. Overall I had a great time and will definitely be back. My only regret was not booking it for longer.

Stayed for one short night after driving from Ontario, which made the hot tub the perfect end to our day. Charles was extremely friendly and eager to assist with anything we required. The sites are laid out well with your own oasis away from the main lodge. The lodge itself is a great benefit, very comfortable and provided the comforts of home. Overall excellent hosts that are very helpful and pleasant without being intrusive we will definitely be looking forward to staying again.

This was a very cute camping experience! Tent and lights were adorable. Minor detail- We did book for a family of 5 and we didn't have quite enough bed space for everyone but we could've looked closer. Hard to find the place from lack of signage, but the locals guided us well! Absolutely gorgeous at night!! The lodge was very convenient but could use some love. Overall a very unique and peaceful experience!

Definitely a great place to stay if you're in the area. Just like camping with all the amenities a short walk away, the tents are very cute and peaceful. nice fire pits and tons of wildlife to watch. we had a dozen partridge and quite a few chipmunks roaming around. everything you need is in the lodge which is perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

It should be noted that for hotel enthusiasts, it may not be ideal, on the other hand to go camping without buying the necessities it's very good! We made great acquaintances, but did not meet the host. Several BBQs available, the tent was clean, the sheets a little less, but we are not difficult. No bad smells and the tent was really big. The jacuzzi is a beautiful size and the paths of light are very beautiful in the evening. Provide food for the dining. Thanks to the host for the bottle of wine! With children it's good but provide that 2 tents are still near the cottage, so we were afraid to disturb. For this experience, no one knew how to operate the shower, so we were limited to the bath. The wood was wet and we didn't have a fire lighter to help. We are a great experience:)

We really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful and a very peaceful experience. We arrived a little late so we had a hard time to find our tent but once we did, we really loved it. We will definitely come back!

Very cozy for a weekend getaway if you want to connect with nature and forget about your phone for a while. Very comfy and clean tent. Hottub was very nice as well. Our only issue with this place in was the overall cleanliness of the shared space, aka the cabin/lodge. While the obvious places were clean (sinks, toilets, kitchen appliances…), we did find that there were a lot of cobwebs, dead bugs, mold (especially on some board games) as well as mice droppings in kitchen cupboards/utensil drawers. Would still recommend to guests who plan on spending more time outside than inside. The ball field at walking distance from the location is great if you wanna tire out your furry friends before sun down!

“Our stay was wonderful! Apples galore ! The smell of apples was in the air and was gorgeous to see them all and have a snack on them too! Tent was cozy and the lodge has all your needs. The best part was having a fire with the firewood provided by amazing hosts and the dozens of wild partridges we were greeted by in the Apple Orchard. We were surrounded by so many, was an amazing experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives ! Felt totally relaxed and welcomed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The growing trail system is very fun to explore, would definitely stay again ! Thank you so much for the incredible experience!“

“M. Ruth Retreats is quite literally a hidden gem. Removed from everything, I enjoyed being surrounded by nature and admiring the beautiful night sky without light pollution. The tent and lodge had everything I needed to feel right at home! Although, the highlight of my stay was meeting caretakers Charles and Toby. They were extremely welcoming and I'm thankful for the opportunity to connect with such lovely folk. The pup and I look forward to returning next summer!“

“I had such a magical night at the Apple Blossom! The housekeepers were so kind and welcoming, and had many great stories to share. It was raining during my stay, but that didn’t stop me from getting into the hot tub (which was everything and more, under the apple trees and strings of lights was so cozy)! The tent in the orchard with the fairy lights at night looked unreal! Like something out of a fairy tale! The tent space was also a good distance away from the lodge to provide a sense of privacy and quickly run to in the rain. Also, I mentioned to Madeline that it was my birthday and she had put a surprise cupcake in the tent for me from a local bakery!“

“Great glamping experience!! The hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and enjoy our stay. We had exceptionally cold and wet weather during our whole stay, and were still able to enjoy the stay very much and slept very well. Even at 6 Celsius and rainy at night, we were still warm and cozy under the blankets. Great location if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, only 20-30 minutes from Fredericton. Price is competitive. Would highly recommend!“

“It was a peaceful quite getaway. Very cozy tent in the woods with a nice little fire pit and a path leading to the house. In the house was a nice bathroom and kitchen with everything we needed. The yard and front entrance was not very tidy but I think that will come yet, no phone service and the wifi didn’t reach the tents but it was ok for us. Hosts were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.“
